Our Community Cancer Prevention in Action Program (CPiA), at Glens Falls Hospital Health Promotion Center works to decrease cancer outcomes in our community.  This is done through work to decrease exposure to ultraviolet radiation; increase awareness of human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccine as an effective form of cancer prevention and support for other cancer prevention efforts in Warren, Washington and Saratoga Counties. Individual lifestyle choices are only one part of our ability to live healthy lives. The policies and systems of the places where we work, study, and play have an integral role on out health. That is why we are working with our local businesses, local government, and other community organizations to take action against cancer.
