Cancer Prevention in Action for Fulton, Montgomery & Schenectady Counties at St. Mary’s Healthcare created a paid time off benefit postcard in support of paid time off benefit for cancer screening policies. The piece can be printed in a postcard size and be placed in employee paychecks as a stuffer reminding employees that they have been afforded this benefit. The postcard also mentions some examples of cancer screenings to consider and reminds them to get screened. One of CPiA’s partners, Fulmont Community Action Agency, welcomed the piece and will be using this in their paychecks several times a year! If you would like to learn more about adopting a paid time off benefit for cancer screening in your workplace, contact your local CPiA office today.
